Walking in the Village of Rockcliffe Park, by Diana Rowley and Joan Kingstone, provides walking routes with historic background about locations in Rockcliffe Park. The booklet costs $7 and can be purchased at RPRA events and at Books on Beechwood. Proceeds support RPRA activities in the Village.

History of Rockcliffe Park

Rockcliffe Park: A History of the Village, by Martha Edmond,  spans the 200-year period from the first land grant in 1799 to the time of the Village’s amalgamation into the larger City of Ottawa in 2001. This beautiful and engaging book may be purchased from Books on Beechwood for $49.50 plus tax.

Oral History Project

Recorded interviews with long-time residents about the history and characters of Rockcliffe Park.  As well, digitized stories and printed copies are available at the Rockcliffe Park Library.
